This Interface and the Moondraft Protocol are made available as open-source tools by independent developers. However, all transactions conducted on the protocol are executed by related permissionless smart contracts. Moondraft provides tools for users to create and manage token launch pages purely for informational and entertainment purposes. Moondraft does not issue, promote, or facilitate the sale of any tokens, securities, or financial products. All token launches and smart contract interactions are initiated by users independently. Moondraft is a technology platform, not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor. Use of the platform is at your own risk, and users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
