This Interface and the Moondraft Protocol are made available as open-source tools by independent developers. However, all transactions conducted on the protocol are executed by related permissionless smart contracts. Moondraft provides tools for users to create and manage token launch pages purely for informational and entertainment purposes. Moondraft does not issue, promote, or facilitate the sale of any tokens, securities, or financial products. All token launches and smart contract interactions are initiated by users independently. Moondraft is a technology platform, not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor. Use of the platform is at your own risk, and users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Jurisdictional and Compliance Notice: By using this platform, including its interface and any related smart contracts, you confirm that you are not a resident, citizen, or entity from any jurisdiction where access or use is restricted by law. As the Interface is open-sourced and the Moondraft Protocol and its related smart contracts are accessible by any user, entity, or third party, there are a number of third-party web and mobile user-interfaces that allow for interaction with the Moondraft Protocol.
