Platform Privacy Approach

Moondraft is a decentralized, non-custodial interface. We do not require account registration, collect personal information, or store wallet addresses, identity details, or transaction history on our servers. User activity is performed directly on blockchain via wallet connection—with all private keys and sensitive info remaining under user control at all times.

What Limited Data May Be Processed

Session Data (Cache)

Purpose: Enable normal platform operation (e.g. page navigation, session state)

Legal Basis: Platform functionality, legitimate interest

Retention: Temporary; cleared automatically, not retained or stored

Cookies (Browser)

Purpose: Basic site analytics (traffic, navigation), improving UI experience

Legal Basis: Legitimate interest; user may disable via browser

Retention: Session or browser expiry; user can clear at any time

Optional User-Initiated Features

Purpose: Certain tools (AML screening, notifications) are strictly opt-in and process no personal info; results are not stored

Legal Basis: Explicit opt-in or browser storage only

Retention: Not stored; only shown during active session

Wallet Authentication

Purpose: Verify user control of connected wallet for platform functions

Legal Basis: User-initiated on-chain message signing

Retention: Not stored; no custody or off-chain tracking

Use of Cookies

Moondraft employs only essential cookies for site operation and navigation. Analytics (unique visits, navigation) are handled strictly via aggregated, non-identifiable browser events. Users may fully disable cookies via browser settings and still access core platform features.

Session cookies: Track page navigation and login state; cleared when browser closes.
Analytics cookies: Measure overall traffic; never linked to identity.
No advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking is conducted.

No Personal Data Collection

Moondraft does not store names, contact info, KYC, transaction history, or any off-chain data. Wallet interaction is direct and cryptographically verified, with all sensitive information remaining in user custody.

You remain anonymous on Moondraft. Any voluntary opt-in tool (AML check, KYC, notification, etc.) is processed instantly and no results are retained by the platform.

User Controls & Rights

Disable cookies at any time via browser controls.
No opt-outs needed for data sales, tracking, or marketing, as no such data is processed or stored.

Blockchain Transparency

All interaction occurs via public blockchain smart contracts, which are transparent and not controlled or stored by Moondraft. Viewing blockchain transactions does not allow Moondraft or any party to deanonymize users. No private keys, seed phrases, or wallet details are ever exposed to Moondraft.

Policy Changes

Changes to this policy will be announced via UI pop-up prior to taking effect. Your continued use of Moondraft following updates constitutes acceptance.
